  Flynn Morris has been involved in some phase of construction most of his adult life. After graduating from Auburn University in 1967 with a B.S. degree and twice lettering in football, he became the managing partner of a large “Dude Ranch” on the out skirts of Atlanta, Ga. At the ranch, Flynn supervised the remodeling of antique farm homes and barns, and new home construction for the ranch’s investors. He gained valuable experience in construction, and thrived in dealing with all the diverse people involved in each phase of the building and development process.

When the ranch was sold in the late 1980’s Flynn started developing land and building homes in the Atlanta area, with an emphasis on personal attention throughout the building process. Flynn quickly gained a reputation consisting of excellent customer service, efficient project management, and high quality homes.

In 1993, Flynn started building homes in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Soon after in 1995, Hurricane Opal hit the area and damaged many homes. Flynn’s business in Florida took flight, as he helped many homeowners repair and remodel their properties damaged during the storm.

Over the years, Morris & Company has built homes ranging from $200,000 to $13,000,000, many of which were built for satisfied repeat customers. The company has a small and loyal staff who work closely together to keep the building process moving forward in a timely manner. Methodical and constant communication with the homeowner about schedule and costs is a keystone of the Morris & Company process.
